7. Snack Regularly
Skipping meals or hardly eating will not help you lose weight, but will eventually end up doing the opposite.
If you don’t provide your body with enough food, it actually ends up slowing down your metabolism in order to conserve energy.
This means that when you do eventually eat, your body will assume that it is a one-off and will store the food as fat rather than using it as fuel, meaning you will burn less calories than you should.
The best thing to do is snack (healthily) throughout the day to keep your metabolism and blood sugar levels steady, curbing your appetite and preventing weight gain.
