3. Lift Weights
There has been a misconception in the past that lifting heavy weights will make you bigger when in fact, the opposite is true.
Unlike cardio which burns fat and muscle, weight training will burn almost solely fat, and will continue to do so for up to 36 hours after training.
This is because more energy is needed to fuel muscles, so they naturally burn more calories even when you are resting.
Overtime, this will mean your body will be leaner and have a high muscle-low fat percentage.
